Passes and payments
Are passes refundable and transferable?

Forum passes are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Transfers may be permitted at face value or less and remain subject to final approval by the Forum Coordination Committee. To request a transfer, please contact us at hello@stmlforum.ch.

For stays, any amendments or cancellations fall under the individual policies of each partner hotel, and guests are kindly asked to coordinate directly with their selected hotel.

How can I complete my payment?

Payments are processed securely through our ticketing partner, and you may pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Twint, or PayPal (which carries an additional charge). A processing fee may apply depending on the method chosen. The final price displayed at checkout includes 9% VAT.
